Shipping Information for UK and Overseas Customers
INTERNATIONAL AND CHANNEL ISLANDS CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ (NOT FROM THE U.K)
Due to the Royal Mail putting up the prices of postage we are having to ask
the International customers to make a note on what you want (as in physical Stock NOT DIGITAL DOWNLOADS) and then either email use at hellorjafmakes@gmail.com or over social private messaging, with your shopping list. We will then sort out an invoice with the correct postage for you.
UK customers
Everything is sent 2nd class Royal Mail (normal post) charged at £3.95 If you want things faster and sent 1st class please private message us via email and we will work out the additional cost for postage,
Postal Strikes information
We are so sorry for the inconvenience this maybe coursing and the delayed of your parcels. We have contacted other delivery companies to see if they can take our parcels elsewhere and they are so far behind on there Collection and delivery services too.
This is taking a hit on effort for our business and coursing a lot of problems for us as well as other businesses. So please be patient with our service at the moment as this is out of our hands.
When are our postal days
Some weeks we have to change the days we pack and post out orders, please check the postal information bulletining at the top of this page, to see if the weeks postal days have changed.
If we have a normal week of postal days, it will look like this. For weekend orders (Friday to Sunday) are packed on Mondays and taken to the post office on Tuesday. Then in the week orders (Monday to Thursday) will be packed on Fridays and taken to the post office on Saturday. Everything is 2nd class, however if you want to upgrade your postage to 1st class please message us at hellorjafmakes@gmail.com but these will go on the same postal day as 2nd class to the post office.
